Today the women from Musahar community are extremely angry. When leaders go to ask for votes, they get into arguments with them about their situation- their poverty, lack of ration and land. During our meetings now, the participation of women is far greater than that of men.
On January 17, all those who have suffered at the hands of casteist and communal goons will assemble at the Rohith Stupa to remember his legacy and to vow that the fight will go on. On that day, we will gather to let out a collective slogan saying no to caste and communalism.
